I have recently been appointed (and by “appointed” I mean appointed myself) spokesdog of Garland Collection. As Garland Collection’s unofficial official spokesdog I will be your go-to gal for all Garland news and events. And, once in a while, I may or may not leak top-secret information (I once was a Bond Girl, you know) about upcoming promotions, launches, and the unveiling of new divisions, like Garland Recollects, in which a single, new, vintage-inspired piece based on a standout Garland Collects one-of-a-kind find will be unveiled every few months — at least that’s what I hear. My parents and the Garland Collection team say that I have a vivid imagination (and by vivid imagination, they say I’m a pathological liar), but as my self-published memoir explains, I have had an extraordinary and well-lived life. As an arbiter of chic (think chic bob and dark sunglasses — who do you think that movie was based on?), I will also be sharing my musings on style, design, shelter, and living, so check back often. I live by my motto: “Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets” and I hope you do too…because I deserve it.
